This about sums up my day

So I spent the entire day working on the bathroom and it's not done. I have to finish the door and floor moldings and get the tile border up. I expect I will spend the entire day on it tomorrow too. I have Monday off and the bathroom will be finished so I'm working towards the promise of a day filled with golf.

So I came home today and found my USB memory stick on the floor. The dog had his usual look like he did something wrong. I picked up the USB stick and saw the dog running for his kennel. The funny thing is that I already fixed this thing once from dog damage. Kingston should stop making steak flavored USB sticks.

Hardware compatability program for Linux

Why haven't the Linux camp come up with a program that tells you if your hardware is compatible with Linux? My biggest problem with Linux is that I get it installed and then find out some bit of hardware won't work.

There ought to be a utility that you can run before you install Linux that warns you what won't work and suggests hardware that will.

There is a good possibility for marketing there. Vendors that make Linux friendly hardware would probably love a program that suggests their product.

This probably already exists and I'm just ignorant to it.

Alright I'm ready to start adding daily content to my blog. I was undecided on if I wanted to blog because of the time involved but I think it will be fun. This will be garage blogging since my computer is in the garage. I get my internet from the neighbors house so the computer has to sit where it is.

Here is my all purpose cluttered garage.
