Lack of communication with a small business is going to cause me never to go there again. We had to take Rachel's car to a local shop because the starter died on Monday. I know the guy doing the work is trustworthy but he's impossible to get on the phone.
It's a one man shop but he couldn't even answer a question today when I had him on the phone. Now I'm waiting for him to call back and it's never going to happen. This sucks because the guy does good work but he's loosing me as a customer after this. All I wanted to know is when I can pick the car up but now I'm flying blind.
The guy needs someone to answer the phone or get in the game and buy a headset.
I was proved wrong. He did call back and the car should be done today.
