No Internet

It's been a while since I posted anything because I haven't had internet at home all weekend. I realized this weekend that I use the internet to look up tons of stuff and I have no backup plan when I have no internet. My daily life got kinda screwed up because I use the internet for so many basic things. Here is the short list of stuff I didn't even realize I use the internet for daily.

Spelling - I'm guilty of using Google as a spell checker.
Phone Book - I use yahoo local for directions and phone numbers.
Books - I reference almost everything online I don't have a paper encyclopedia.
College - Doing all online college classes doesn't happen without internet.

There was an up side though. Without flash games and random forum posts I got a lot more stuff accomplished than I usually do. My desk in my office is totally clean after I sorted out a garbage bag worth of paperwork.

I think after I get the internet back I might start using the web less. It was refreshing and annoying to be without it for a few days.
