I was working on some homework and needed to look up something in Word. So I searched for "embedding an object" in a word document. Take a look at the suggestion it gives me under Also See. Yup according to Microsoft I should learn to embed an object by purchasing office 2007. That means two things to me.
1. Microsoft is run by money grubbing jerks who would trick someone into thinking they need upgrades when they don't.
2. One of those "critical" updates Windows always wants to do updated the Office help with advertising for new versions of their software.
Oh and the help article didn't even explain how to do what I wanted.
