There ABSOLUTELY should be a competency test for conceiving children. Put birth control in the water or something. Just think, it'd solve the abortion debate too.

I never feel bad for adults dying of stupidity but when kids die from their parents stupidity it's terrible. I don't think it's possible to be ignorant enough that she never thought huh maybe I should consult someone who knows what the F their doing.
